Jim Heischberg is the father of three young men; he is one of three sons; and his father was one of three sons. Jim has over ten years of providing technical support in a corporate setting. After working for 16 years in a major company, he became the victim of outsourcing.

In the past five years working as a consultant he has gained valuable experience providing support for clients including an international pharmaceutical manufacturer, a gaming and entertainment icon, a major hospital in the northwest suburbs and a worldwide provider of computer components.

 



Company history
My Three Sons Services is a family owned business started in response to a down economy and a need for affordable in-home instruction and PC repair.  

After finishing a consulting assignment work became tight. So in late 2008 Jim started doing consulting work on his own. In the first quarter of 2009 he registered with Lake County, Illinois as doing business under the assumed name of My Three Sons Services.

So if you started as computer consulting, where did the handyman and other services come from?
Due to Jim's experience in helping to build his own home and a lifetime of fixing things people were asking him if he could do various things for them. Not being one to avoid work he gladly took on these requests.
One of his passions has always been detailing vehicles. He has been doing this unoficially for many years. Most recently he attended an eight week Detailing course at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois where he solidified some of the skills he has been using.
